Refunds & Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding return shipping costs. Please allow 5 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 3909 NE 170th ST, Miami, Florida 33160 United States
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us, we will send you a prepaid label to return your item.
